What are the delivery options ?

We use a standard tracked and signed for service for each order. If you are in the UK and would like next day delivery then please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange this for a small extra charge.

How long will my delivery take?

Standard delivery takes on average 2-3 working days, however if there is a problem with the courier and it takes longer please get in touch so we can look in to it for you.

Do you ship world wide ?

Yes we do try our best, as our packages are larger than small items some countries shipping costs are expensive. Please get in touch for our best shipping price.

Can I return my cushion if it is not suitable?

Of course, we want you to be happy with your product! If this is not the case and it is unused and in the original packaging then we will be happy to arrange the return. Get in touch to start the return process.

My product is faulty, now what ?

If you chair / cushion has any issues then please get in touch so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.

Do you offer bulk discount?

Yes we do, if you are interested in placing a large order then please get in touch for our latest bulk discount prices.
